- Go to “Manage My Subscription”
- Click “Skip” next to the upcoming box
- Make sure to log in using the same email you used when placing your order.

- Can’t find it? Check your spam or junk folders - it might’ve landed there by mistake.

Let’s get that sorted! A few things to check:
- One discount at a time - if there’s already a promotion applied (like 10% off or a free gift), other codes won’t work
- Look at your cart - if you see a discount already applied, that might be the reason your code is not working.

We understand plans change. To cancel an order, just email us at support@mrsquilty.com as soon as you can.
Just a heads-up: canceling your subscription does not automatically cancel an order that’s already been placed. If your box hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to catch it in time.
All bonus patterns (like seasonal or animal-themed ones) are sent digitally to the email you used at checkout.
- Check your inbox and spam folder for a message with the subject: “Your bonus patterns are here!”.

Your first box ships IMMEDIATELY after you subscribe and arrives within 8-14 days. Future boxes are sent out on the 9th of each month.
Yes! You can adjust the frequency of your boxes, receiving them bi-monthly, quarterly, or at other intervals. And, if circumstances demand it, you can skip a box, too! Simply:
